Brewerytown Master Plan Recognized by the Delaware Valley Smart Growth Alliance
Three proposed mixed-use developments a masterplan for an urban redevelopment in Philadelphia; an infill condominium redevelopment in Lower Merion Township, PA; and an adaptive re-use of a hospital in Princeton, NJ -- are the newest projects to be recognized by the Delaware Valley Smart Growth Alliance (DVSGA), a non-profit collaboration of more than 150 government, private sector and non-profit organizations in the tri-state region.
The organization’s goal is to help good smart growth projects gain local approvals through an early-stage recognition program. Each recognized project receives a letter of endorsement from the DVSGA and its member organizations, as well as an offer of testimony before a governing body.
